Six people can be accommodated in a two large bedrooms, each of which has a double and single bed. A cot is available if required. Pillows, duvets, electric blankets and all linen are included in the weekly rent. There is a large modern bathroom, with shower.

The sitting room has a Lakeland slate open coal or log fire, a colour TV and video.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine. Table linen and tea-towels are provided.

There are electric storage heaters in every room. Logs, coal and electricity are included in the weekly rent.

The cottage is double glazed, has its own spring water supply, is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated to provide cosy self-catering holiday accommodation with almost total peace and quiet.

Car parking is available in the farmyard.

Children are welcome, but NO pets please.

Long weekend or mid-week breaks are available in low season. The cottage is available all year, with booking normally from saturday to saturday.

Within the local area fishing, horse riding, sailing, golf, and fell walking are all available.
